The renowned Pub at the Summit offers a place for Friday night gatherings for the community.

HOA owns all common areas, the clubhouse and the barn with no debt. HOA fees are maintained below $2,300 per year which includes the maintenance and upkeep of all common area facilities.

Homes and Lots

Grand Highlands is well known for its panoramic views, but within the development the lots range from sites surrounded by mature forests in the $70’s to 3 acres with 270 degree long range panoramic views in the $400’s. A special six acre lot at the mountain top goes for $750K.

Every effort was made during the development conceptual design to have unique lots with uninterrupted views and lessen the impact of neighboring homes. Green areas throughout the development provide living beauty and buffers between sections.

Home architecture is controlled by the architectural guidelines designed to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the meadows and woodlands, fitting into the site without competing with its natural value. While our guidelines provide consistency in the overall feel and look of the community, they also permit a wide variety of architectural expression which enhances the interest of the overall community. Cost of new construction homes range from $500K to $5 million.

Model homes can be visited by appointment. A limited number of existing homes are available from time to time.
